Volunteer Opportunities
Volunteers are needed on both Friday, May 1st and Saturday, May 2nd. Please check all the days/times/jobs for which you are available and interested in volunteering.
If you sign up to VOLUNTEER by April 18, 2020 and work 3 hours or more, you are welcome to shop one hour before the sale opens to the public on May 2nd.
- FRIDAY VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES (May 1st)
  - 9:00 to 1:00 - Drop-off Checker (NOTE: Previous UCS Seller experience required)
  - 8:00 to 11:00 - Transport Crew (Unload Seller/DOC Deliveries)
  - 9:00 to 12:00 - Setup Team (Initial Sort & Organize)
  - 10:00 to 1:00 - Setup Team (Initial Sort & Organize)
  - 11:00 to 2:00 - Setup Team (Sort & Organize Sale Tables)
  - 12:00 to 3:00 - Setup Team (Sort & Organize Sale Tables)
- SATURDAY VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES (May 2nd)
  - 8:00 to 1:00 - Checkout Room Team (NOTE: Time will given to shop during pre-sale hour.)
  - 10:00 to 1:00 - Sale Monitor (assist shoppers and keep sales area neat during sale)
  - 10:00 to 1:00 - Transport Team (assist buyers/sellers with their heavy boxes)
  - 10:00 to 1:00 - Book Hold Table Clerk (hold sale items for buyers while they continue to shop)
  - 12:00 to 3:00 - Breakdown/Setup Crew (assist with breakdown of sale and setting up sanctuary for Sunday worship)
  - 1:00 to 3:00 - Cleaning Crew (clean up areas used during the sale)
